QC court orders arrest of conman

A QUEZON City court has issued a warrant for the arrest of a man who forged the signatures of a dead couple in a deed of real estate mortgage dated Feb. 8, 2013.

Ramon Barried Leonor Jr. was found guilty of forging the signatures of spouses Ceferino and Virginia Pila to make it appear they had participated in the mortgage when, in fact, they had been dead for years.
