NAVOTAS City Mayor John Rey Tiangco announced on Wednesday that the local government inked a partnership with the University of Santo Tomas (UST) to train young Navoteños in sports.
"The city government has just signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the University of Santo Tomas for a partnership that would promote sports training for young Navoteños," Tiangco told The Manila Times.
