PROPERTY developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) on Wednesday reported netting P4.6 billion in 2023, up 29 percent from the P3.6 billion booked a year earlier, on the back of robust real estate sales.
Net income attributable to the parent's equity holders also grew, by 13 percent to P3.58 billion from P3.17 billion, the company said in a regulatory filing.
