OVERSEAS Filipino Workers Party-list Rep. Marissa del Mar-Magsino has filed House Bill 10166, a measure creating a Magna Carta for aviation workers in the Philippines.
Magsino said the success of the local aviation industry would depend on the working conditions of its workers, including pilots, air traffic controllers, cabin crews, and ground staff.
