THE Department of Science and Technology (DoST) has signed an agreement with the University of Saskatchewan (USask) in Canada that will allow doctoral students from the Philippines to study and conduct research at the institution.
Under the partnership, 10 USask scholarships will be available per year to eligible Filipino students.
