Japanese Ambassador-designate Kazuya Endo arrived in Manila on March 14, formally assuming his duties as Ambassador-designate of Japan to the Philippines.
Upon his arrival, Ambassador-designate Endo expressed his optimism through a video posted on the official social media pages of the Japan Embassy.
