THE Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) urged seafarers to exercise their right to refuse sailing in high-risk areas, following incidents of missile attacks related to the Israel-Hamas war.
Last March 6, the bulk carrier True Confidence came under a missile attack by Yemen's Houthi rebels. Two Filipino crewmen were killed and two others sustained serious injuries.
