Japan envoy optimistic of PH tenure

(UPDATE) INCOMING Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines Endo Kazuya said he looks forward to a fruitful collaboration with the country.

He will replace Koshikawa Kazuhiko, whose tenure ended on March 5.
