PCSO clarifies: Bettor who won 20 times did not take part in jackpot games

MANILA, Philippines: The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) clarified that a bettor, whom Sen. Raffy Tulfo claimed to have won the lottery 20 times, has won in their digit games.

In a statement on Wednesday, the PCSO confirmed that a list Tulfo referred to in a radio interview on Tuesday originated from them, but it should 'not be interpreted in a manner other than what it was meant to be.'
