DEPARTMENT of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman on Tuesday underscored the ground gained by the Philippines in advancing women's rights and urged women around the world to let their voices be heard when it comes to gender equality.

Speaking at the 68th annual Commission on the Status of Women (CSW68) reception on Tuesday (Manila time) in New York City, Pangandaman, as head of the Philippine delegation, presented the country's statement at the general discussion session of CSW68.
