BERLIN: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said he and former president Rodrigo Duterte were "diametrically opposed" to handling the drug problem in the country, saying his administration's approach has "changed significantly."
The President issued the statement after German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, during their meeting, inquired on his approach to illegal drugs in relation to the previous administration.
