CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: Two persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) have been found positive for using illegal drugs after a random testing at the Misamis Oriental Provincial Jail (MOPJ) at the Provincial Capitol compound here.
Misamis Oriental Gov. Peter Unabia announced this during the regular flag raising ceremony on Monday.
