BERLIN: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said on Tuesday that the Philippines did not reject China's proposals to normalize the situation in disputed areas of the South China Sea, but added that "the premise is something that we question."
At a joint press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz here at The Chancellery, Marcos reiterated the Philippines' position rejecting China's 10-dash line map of the South China Sea, which includes the West Philippine Sea, as part of its territory.
