Cloudy skies in Metro Manila, parts of PH, 'amihan' in Northern Luzon

MANILA, Philippines: The effects of the northeast monsoon or 'amihan' continue to weaken as only areas in the extreme Northern Luzon are affected, the state-run weather agency said on Tuesday.

Weather specialist Rhea Torres of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the weather system would be bringing partly cloudy to overcast skies with isolated light rains over the Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Ilocos Region within the next 24 hours.
