THE northeast monsoon also known as "amihan" which brings cold nights and mornings will end by the third week of March, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday.
The northeast monsoon continues to affect northern and central Luzon including Metro Manila where partly cloudy to overcast skies with isolated light rains may prevail in the next 24 hours, weather specialist Robert Badrina said.
