THE government has already achieved its goal of modernizing public utility vehicles (PUVs), the Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB) said on Friday.
LTFRB Chairman Teofilo Guadiz 3rd said 96 percent of traditional jeepney drivers and operators in Metro Manila have already consolidated, a crucial step toward modernization.
