MANILA, Philippines: Fair weather with chances of cloudy skies, scattered light rains, and thunderstorms are expected within the next 24 hours, the weather agency said Saturday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that the northeast monsoon or 'amihan' is affecting North and Central Luzon, bringing colder winds with light rains.
