Abando's Korean team fails to make EASL finals

Seoul SK Knights dealt a knocked out blow on fellow Korean squad Anyang Jung Kwan Jang Red Boosters' title aspirations while spoiling Filipino import Rhenz Abando's Philippine homecoming, 94-79, to seal a finals seat in the East Asia Super League home-and-away on Friday at the Hoops Dome in Lapu-Lapu City.

Import Jameel Warney, a three-time Korean Basketball League foreign Most Valuable Player had a massive effort of 38 points, 16 rebounds and six assists to lead the Knights.
