THE Supreme Court has junked a consolidated petition challenging the validity of the rules issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) on governing Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations (POGO).
The petitions, filed separately by Jovencio Evangelista and Miguel Daniel Cruz, argued that Pagcor has no authority to regulate online and offshore gaming operations.
