Surge of 'amihan' to bring cloudy skies, rain in most of PH – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines: A surge of the northeast monsoon locally known as 'amihan' will likely occur in the coming days before it would disappear completely, the state-runs weather agency said on Wednesday.

Weather specialist Robert Badrina of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that based on their data and analysis, the northeast monsoon might re-emerge again in the next few days.
