(UPDATE) SEN. Ana Theresia "Risa" Hontiveros, who chairs the Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality, on Tuesday cited Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) leader Apollo Quiboloy for contempt after repeatedly snubbing the subpoena issued by the panel.
Hontiveros said her panel also sought the arrest of Quiboloy for refusing to appear at the Senate probe into the alleged human trafficking and sexual abuses involving his religious group in Davao City.
