Sen. Estrada denies offer to replace Zubiri as Senate president

MANILA, Philippines: Sen. Jose 'Jinggoy' Estrada on Tuesday denied being a part of the alleged plot to oust Senate President Juan 'Migz' Zubiri from the upper chamber's top post.

'Wala, wala (It's nothing). No truth to it. No there's no truth to it. To quell all speculations, there's no truth to it,' said Estrada when asked about rumors going around that some senators are trying to convince him to replace Zubiri.
