THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday that it is monitoring cloud formations in Mindanao which may bring rain in some areas.
"Generally, the country would experience fair weather conditions over the next 24 hours except for isolated downpours and thunderstorms especially in the afternoon or at night," weather specialist Veronica Torres said.
