UP profs share scientists' procurement struggles at Senate hearing

UNIVERSITY of the Philippines Diliman leaders and professors say bottlenecks brought about by the procurement law, or the Government Procurement Reform Act (RA 9184), slow down research and development in the country.

They were invited to the Senate hearing to discuss the proposed revision of the procurement law at the House of Representatives on Feb. 21, 2024.
