FORMALIZING academic and educational cooperation between Isabela State University (ISU) and Bulacan State University (BulSU), a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed during the University Academic Summit on Feb. 20, 2024.
The signing ceremony was led by ISU President Ricmar Aquino and BulSU President Teody Andres as recognition of the importance of cooperative efforts in the attainment of both university's vision, mission, goals and objectives for their respective stakeholders.
