La Salle survives Ateneo, gains share of 2nd spot

MANILA, Philippines: De La Salle University regrouped after a fourth set collapse, taking a 23-25, 25-17, 25-18, 21-25, 15-11 win over Ateneo for a share of the second spot in the UAAP Season 86 Men's Volleyball Tournament at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, Saturday.

Senior trio Vince Maglinao, JM Ronquillo, and Billie Anima took turns in giving the much-needed blows for the Green Spikers in the fifth set to finish the match in two hours and three minutes.
