THE Philippines is on track to becoming Asia's premier creative hub following the Department of Trade and Industry's (DTI) approval of the framework for the Philippine Creative Industries Development Plan (PCIDP).
The department said that the PCIDP serves as the strategic roadmap to meet the objectives set by the Philippine Creative Industries Development Act.
