MANILA, Philippines: The Department of Education (DepEd) said on Friday that learning materials under the department's Catch-Up Fridays are not for sale and urged the public to report any such transaction.
The warning comes after (DepEd) received complaints from parents who claimed that some school personnel were selling and requiring learners to buy booklets or workbooks for catch-up Fridays and other school activities.
