REGULATORS expect to finish a long-delayed review of transmission rates charged by the country's power grid operator in the second quarter (Q2), a senior official said on Wednesday.
"[W]e were targeting the first quarter to complete all the evaluations and reports that came from our consultants," Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Monalisa Dimalanta told The Manila Times during an interview on Wednesday.
