Judge's driver fined for road rage

THE Supreme Court has found the driver of a Court of Appeals judge guilty of vulgar and simple misconduct for trying to cut through a convoy of the National Defense College of the Philippines.

Court documents said that Gerardo Manganaan, driver of Associate Justice Carlito Calpatura, rudely demanded to be allowed to pass through the convoy because he was driving a government vehicle.
