Filinvest Land 2023 net up 30% to P3.8B

FILINVEST Land Inc. (FLI) saw its net income attributable to the parent company's equity holders rise 30 percent to P3.77 billion last year, from P2.9 billion in 2022, amid growth from residential and leasing businesses.

Consolidated revenues and other income expanded by 13 percent year-on-year to P22.55 billion from P19.94 billion, the Gotianun-led property developer said in a statement on Wednesday.
