Apayao woman shines in Cordillera chocolate-making contest

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet: A resident of Apayao created a name for herself after landing in the top three of the 1st Cordillera Chocolate Festival at Benguet State University on February 14.

Dolores Ortega of Conner, Apayao was one of the top three winners in the dark chocolate bar-making competition that had 'Generating Sustainable Cacao Value Chain' as its theme.
