MANILA, Philippines: Albay 2nd District Rep. Joey Salceda, chairman of the House of Representatives' Committee on Ways and Means, requested the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to send a note verbale to Singapore's embassy to ask for an explanation over the alleged Taylor Swift concert exclusivity deal.
Salceda said that the alleged terms, if true, "isn't what good neighbors do."
