Filipina shipping exec runs London Marathon for seafarers

INTERMANAGER Executive Committee member Karen Avelino plans to run the London Marathon on April 21, 2024, to raise funds for the Seafarers' Charity.

Philippine-based Avelino, executive director of business development and shipping of Philippine Transmarine Carriers (PTC), will run alongside her daughter Karmel Avelino, a graphic designer at Carnival Cruise Line.
