(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has appointed Jose Moises Salonga as the new administrator of the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA), Malacañang confirmed on Monday. He replaces Homer Revil.
Salonga, who earned his law degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2003, will oversee the operations of the LWUA, a government-owned and -controlled corporation with a specialized lending function to promote and oversee the development of water supply systems in cities and municipalities outside of Metro Manila.
