BulSU strengthens charter, expands curricular offerings

THE Bulacan State University (BulSU) strengthened its charter through the enactment of Republic Act No. 11980, also known as the 'Revised Bulacan State University Charter,' according to BulSU President Teody San Andres.

As reported by the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. signed the 16-page RA No. 11980 on Feb. 15, 2024, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
