MANILA, Philippines: Cold nights and mornings will continue with the re-emergence of the northeast monsoon or "amihan" which could last until the second week of March, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.
Weather specialist Grace Castañeda said that the northeast monsoon is specifically affecting Metro Manila and Northern and Central Luzon.
