I WOULD like to explain the reason for my preoccupation with our national nomenclature, particularly after my discovery of the egregious errors in charter-framing by the 1934 Constitutional Convention, which drafted our 1935 Constitution, and the 1986 Constitutional Commission, which drafted our 1987 Constitution, but inexplicably forgot to designate an official name for our country.
