Taiwan ambassador offers full scholarship to Cagayano student farmers

TUGUEGARAO CITY: Delighted to see young people who have interest in farming, Taiwan Ambassador Wallace Minn-Gan Chow offered more slots for full scholarship program for Cagayan young farmers.

Chow offered the scholarship during his presentation to a group of student interns, women's groups, farmers and barangay officials at the Cagayan Farm School and Agri-Tourism Center in Anquiray village in Amulung town, Cagayan, on Wednesday, February 21.
