14 dead, 4 injured as truck falls off cliff in Negros Oriental

(UPDATE) BACOLOD CITY:At least 14 people were reported dead while four were critically wounded in a vehicular accident in Barangay Paniabonan, Mabinay, Negros Oriental on Wednesday afternoon.

A truck owned by one Fely Decipulo from La Libertad town lost its brakes while traveling to Mabinay between 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. and fell off a cliff at Sitio Tubod, killing 14 people and injuring four others, a report of the Mabinay Police Station showed.
