Transport modernization catalyst for social change – Royeca

ANGKAS Chief Executive Officer George Royeca hailed the government's Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP), calling it a catalyst for social change.

'What we should do is reimagine it as a catalyst for social and economic development. The program must evolve beyond just vehicle replacement and address broader challenges faced by our society, including the plight of drivers and the struggles of commuters,' Royeca said during The Manila Times Economic Forum at the Sheraton Manila Hotel on Wednesday.
