MANILA, Philippines: The easterlies – winds coming from the east, passing through the Pacific Ocean and carrying warm and humid weather – are affecting the entire archipelago, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Thursday.
Meanwhile, cloud formations were spotted outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) but are unlikely to develop into a low pressure area (LPA), weather specialist Benison Estareja said.
