THE Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) turned over the newly constructed Community Fish Landing Center (CFLC) worth P3.7 million to the Calaba Farmers and Fisherfolk Association (CFFA) in Bangued, Abra on February 19, 2024.
BFAR Cordillera Administrative Region Director Lilibeth Signey said the rebuilt facility for fisherfolk includes postharvest equipment such as upright freezers, chilling tanks, fish tubs, weighing scales, and other supplies utilized for fishery operations.
