Dwight Ramos likes bigger Gilas roster

MANILA, Philippines: Filipino-American wingman Dwight Ramos believes the latest Gilas iteration that will have a solid core of 12 players is a 'good idea' given the chemistry it will build over the next four years under national coach Tim Cone.

Named to the 12-man roster by Cone weeks back, the 25-year-old Ramos said he's excited to be part of the squad that will be making its FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers 2025 debut on Thursday against Hong Kong.
