PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday reaffirmed that the Philippine government will not cooperate in any human rights violation probe by the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the country.

Marcos issued the statement in response to the results of a survey conducted by OCTA Research showing that 55 percent of Filipinos were in favor of cooperating with the ICC's investigation into the alleged abuses committed in the drug war of former president Rodrigo Duterte.
