New land use plan to make Manila a global city – mayor

The city government of Manila and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to update the comprehensive land use plan of the city.

Mayor Maria Sheila 'Honey' Lacuna-Pangan said the partnership will help Manila become a world-class global capital city.
