MANILA, Philippines: Expect "more" maritime cooperative activities (MCAs) "in the future" with the United States and other like-minded nations in keeping a peaceful and secured Indo-Pacific region," an official of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) said on Tuesday.
Col. Xerxes Trinidad, AFP Public Affairs head, said the US participation in Tuesday's exercise is a "significant display of cohesive alliance among allies thus resembling for like-minded partners to take part in."
