COMBINING off-road exploration with the camaraderie of outdoor enthusiasts, Isuzu Philippines Corp. (IPC) played a significant role at this year's Overland Kings CampOut, held from Feb. 9 to 11, 2024 at Crystal Beach, Zambales. With over 100 participants, the event highlighted the culture of overlanding — a lifestyle blending camping with rugged terrain driving.
IPC showcased its overlanding-ready units, including the new Isuzu D-MAX and Isuzu mu-X models, emphasizing the brand's commitment to fostering adventure. Powered by a 4JJ3-TCX 3.0-liter Blue Power engine delivering 190 PS maximum power and 450 Nm of torque, these vehicles inspire confidence in traversing diverse terrains during overlanding adventures. Fully equipped with essential camping accessories such as awnings, roof tents, drawers, and showers, the vehicles ensured a comfortable yet adventurous experience.
