CITY OF MALOLOS: The provincial government of Bulacan added another feather to its cap after bagging the excellence award as the Most Outstanding Province in Luzon under the Large-Scale Category bestowed by the Department of Agriculture-Philippine Rice Research Institute (DA-PhilRice).

The award, made possible by the Provincial Agriculture Office's implementation of various programs in rice production, was given to the province during the RCEF Awards Recognition of Partners on Feb. 8, 2024, at the DA-Philippine Research Institute Central Experiment Station, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija.
