PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday vowed to finish the distribution of land titles to farmers under the Agrarian Reform Program before his term ends in 2028.
"Agrarian reform, that was the first law that he (former president Ferdinand Marcos Sr.) signed. Joining him was the Agrarian Reform secretary, the grandfather of Secretary Conrad Estrella — Secretary Conrado Estrella," Marcos said during the distribution of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) of 3,184 land titles in Mindanao covering 4,659 hectares of agricultural land in Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte and Surigao del Sur.
